ברוכים הבאים לאחוזון, אפליקציה אישית של בן בשה. השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה.

מידע, לא ייעוץ רפואי

אחוזון מיועד למעקב ולהתרשמות בלבד, על בסיס עקומות הגדילה של ארגון הבריאות העולמי (WHO 2006). האפליקציה אינה כלי אבחון ואינה תחליף לייעוץ רפואי. אין להסתמך עליה לקבלת החלטות רפואיות. בכל שאלה או חשש יש להתייעץ עם אחות טיפת חלב או רופא/ת ילדים.

השימוש באפליקציה

אנו מעניקים לכם רישיון אישי, לא בלעדי ולא ניתן להעברה, לשימוש באפליקציה למטרות פרטיות. אתם אחראים למידע שאתם מזינים ולשמירתו. המידע נשמר על המכשיר בלבד.

רכישות

שדרוג Pro הוא רכישה חד-פעמית (לא מנוי) המעובדת על ידי Apple דרך ה-App Store, וכפופה לתנאי Apple. החזרים מטופלים על ידי Apple בהתאם למדיניותה.

ללא אחריות

האפליקציה מסופקת "כפי שהיא", ללא אחריות מכל סוג. איננו מתחייבים לדיוק מוחלט של חישובים או להתאמתם למצב ספציפי. השימוש הוא על אחריותכם.

הגבלת אחריות

במידה המרבית המותרת בחוק, לא נישא באחריות לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף הנובע מהשימוש באפליקציה.

שינויים

נוכל לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת, ותאריך התוקף ישתנה בהתאם.

דין חל

על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל.

Information, not medical advice

Ahozon provides tracking and awareness only, based on the World Health Organization growth charts (WHO 2006). It is not a diagnostic tool and not a substitute for medical advice. Do not rely on it for medical decisions. For any question or concern, consult your well-baby clinic nurse or pediatrician.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for private purposes. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping it. The data is stored on your device only.

Purchases

The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) processed by Apple through the App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policy.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of calculations or their fitness for a specific situation. Use is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, and the effective date will change accordingly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
